Minister of Health, Democratic Republic of Timor Leste, H.E. Dr. Nelson Martins and his entourage attended the United Nations High Level Meeting on the Comprehensive Review of the Progress Achieved in Realizing the Declaration on HIV / AIDS in New York and the Global Health Conference in Washington DC, United States of America (USA) for approximately 2 weeks from June 6 until June 18, 2011.
